Pre Season Excellence Program Information and registration

PRE SEASON EXCELLENCE PROGRAM

Run by High Performance SASS Academy and the Rugby League Coach Aim Higher Program, this 4 session program will run every Saturday of February 2024 from 8am til 9.30am

Dates - 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th Feb 2024.
Time - 8am-9.30am (4 x 90mins)
Location - Ormeau Shearers Club, Field 1
Ages - Under 7s to Under 16s
Cost - $120

Payment must be made in full by 2nd February, 2024.
Kids will be separated into age categories.
Participants must be registered with Ormeau for the 2024 season.

SASS High Performance Academy - James Ambrosini
Founder & CEO James Ambrosini has developed a program to fast-track athletic development by pushing the athlete's physical, mental and emotional capabilities to the limit. At S.A.S.S Academy the focus is not just on shaping rugby league stars, but also on helping more resilient, empowered individuals gain the confidence, self-belief and self-trust to become future leaders of their community. Their approach goes beyond the game, honing physical skills while nurturing mental and emotional strength.

The Aim Higher Program - Lee Addison
The Aim Higher program is designed and run by Level 3 High Performance Coach Lee Addison.
Lee has coached junior and senior rugby league on both sides of the world at club, regional, state and international level and achieved many successes in terms of player development and results wherever he has gone.
